Four members of the Somerville Garden Club will show garden and landscape photos they took in places they visited in the U.S. and around the world.
Alice Grossman will show photos of Morocco, from Fez in the North, through the Atlas Mountains and Desert, and photos of the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech. She will also show photos of the Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh, PA.
Jeannie Kropas will show images of plants, blossoms and landscapes from Arizona national parks.
Mary Kocol will show photos from the Hortus Botanicus, botanical garden in Amsterdam, and a few garden scenes from around Amsterdam.
Fran McCormick will be showing photographs of trees, plants, waterfalls and mountains of the Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia, and also the Huanfshan Mountains in China.
Alice Grossman, Jeannie Kropas, Mary Kocol, and Fran McCormick are all Somerville Garden Club Members. Jeannie Kropas and Fran McCormick are very active long-time members, and Mary Kocol and Alice Grossman are award-winning professional photographers in addition to being long-time members.
