Favorite Garden Stories and Implements

This meeting is an opportunity for Somerville Garden Club members to share their own knowledge and enthusiasm as they tell about family garden traditions, describe a well-loved plant or project, or even read from a favorite gardening book. Gardeners may also bring a successful garden implement and explain it’s many uses, or reveal an unlikely tool that has made their life easier. The show-and-tell culminates in a prizes for the best garden story and best garden implement. And of course, the raffle that ends each monthly meeting is always part of the fun.

The SGC meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Tufts Administration Building (TAB), 167 Holland St., second floor. The meetings are open to the public and are wheelchair accessible.
